1. Service Description

Korido POS & ERP provides cloud-based business management tools including point of sale, inventory management, accounting, reporting, multi-branch management and related business services.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, passwords and access credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services or use the platform for unlawful activities.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain services may require active subscriptions and payments. Subscription plans, pricing and features may change over time.

5. Data Ownership

Businesses retain ownership of their business data. Korido only processes data to provide platform functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Korido POS & ERP shall not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, interruptions or data loss resulting from misuse, external factors or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.

8. Termination

Korido reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
